Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email), your assessment answers, documents you choose to upload, plan progress, and messages you send to the assistant. We collect usage data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it. To calculate eligibility, build your checklist and plan, check documents, provide the assistant, and bill subscriptions. We do not sell your data.

AI processing. Documents and assistant messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate checks and answers. They are used only to provide the service to you and are not used to train models.

Storage and security. Data is stored encrypted at rest. Documents are private to your account and to authorised reviewers you request. You can delete documents and your account at any time.

Payments. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Your rights. You can access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting us. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you also have the right to object and to complain to a supervisory authority.
