Terms of Service

1. What we provide. i-migrate.ai provides software that helps you understand immigration eligibility, prepare documents and organise an application. It provides general information only and is not legal advice. We are not a law firm and not a regulated immigration adviser.

2. No guarantee of outcome. Eligibility results, scores, checklists and document checks are informational. Immigration authorities make all decisions. Rules, thresholds and fees change; you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the official source before applying.

3. Your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your documents. You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant us permission to store and process them (including with AI providers) solely to provide the service to you. You can delete documents at any time.

6. Acceptable use. Do not upload documents you are not entitled to share, attempt to interfere with the service, or use it to produce fraudulent applications.

7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including refused applications, missed deadlines or fees paid to third parties.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
